Consumption
A large part of my research is in regard to modern day agricultural practices in accordance with mass food production, our distance from the dinner table and what we are consuming. Having developed a gluten allergy in 2012, I have become increasingly aware of what actually goes into growing and producing food and how this can be directly related to disease; cancer, diabetes and obesity to name a few. I often ask myself, are we consuming the food, or is the food consuming us?
